Wellbrook is available for rental, on a self catering basis, to discerning families or groups for periods of one week or longer.
It can comfortably accommodate 9/10 persons and it is graded 4-star (the top classification) by Bord Failte, the Irish Tourist Board.
Self-catering accommodation on the first floor comprises five bedrooms (3 doubles, one twin and one single/double). There are four bathrooms on this floor plus a comfortable TV room.
On the return of the stairs, there is a south-facing sun lounge.
Two very large reception rooms open off a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor. This floor also includes kitchen, breakfast room, study/library with open fireplace, a cloakroom/shower room. Steps lead down to a utility room, opening onto an enclosed courtyard.
There is oil fired central heating. A 24-hour monitored alarm system is fitted and electronic security gates and external lighting are in operation.
